At Jane’s, our kitchen brings together the rich flavors and traditions of Costa Rica with a delicious fusion inspired by the Caribbean and Pacific coasts. Fresh ingredients, local flavors, traditional influences, and a little creativity come together in dishes that are 100% Tico, but with a taste of both coasts.
