With 25 years of real estate investment experience, Ale now operates multiple retreat centers and boutique hotels across Costa Rica. His Silicon Valley background brings efficiency and innovation to traditional Costa Rican hospitality, creating experiences that seamlessly blend cutting-edge convenience with Pura Vida charm.

Beyond hospitality, Ale founded the Theleme permaculture community in the Poás mountains, pioneering sustainable living that honors both land and community.
